Good point! Would it be sensible to assume that as we produce payment methods specs to reflect all of the flows we consider in scope that we will be able to adjust this list to reflect a good aggregate set that covers all of these?

Rather than discuss this directly on this PR, let's use the orginal issue at #19 and I'll add an issue marker to this PR pointing to it.
