2 Proposing an "IG Process"



   Last week on the IG telcon we identified the need to focus on how to jump-start topics.

   In support of that idea (and others), Ian has revamped the proposed process page.

   Please take a few minutes to read through the revised proposal, and come prepared with ideas on Monday.

   Also, email to the list is always welcome.



   Some personal observations (from David) follow:



   The document is roughly organized as 1) how to get started, 2) what is expected from a champion, 3) a rough idea of

   activities for engaging people, and 4) a recommended process to orchestrate the work.

   We will have more details by the time of our meeting.  Logistics for any proposed mid-year f2f are still a bit fluid,
