GSMA's Mobile Money appears to be something else (or rather more) than a Payment API. Here is similar effort apparently supported by Microsoft: https://openid.net/wg/fapi/ FWIW, I'm personally unconvinced that Financial APIs and Merchant-initiated Payments are perfect bedfellows due to the different trust scenarios.
