[Minutes] 26 August digital offers / coupons task force

Hi all,

Minutes from today’s call on digital offers:

Summary:

 * We discussed ways to get data about important industry problems and use
   cases around loyalty and coupons.

 * Today we envisioned writing down some starting point problem statements to
   share with others in the industry (e.g., via a survey) and get feedback in advance
   of TPAC (confirming problem statements or voicing others) for discussion at TPAC.

 * We are identifying organizations that may be interested in this topic and plan to
   reach out to them, but are still working on the best format for that outreach.
