The minutes from the 8 September 2015 call on W3C Bank Outreach: Priorities
and Needs are
now available:

* Technology questions (and answers and choices) are likely to be
different depending on the bank department we ask (e.g., retail
v. inter-bank).

* Nonetheless, with some experience and conversations, we may find we
can model a greater variety of flows (e.g., peer to peer, payroll,
government payments) in an interoperable fashion.

* Cyril spoke briefly about the value of the four corner model for
trust distribution. He is interested in determining what standards
gaps may exist that would make it easier to bring four corner to the
Web.

* That led into a discussion of ISO20022. There is strong agreement
that we should have a better shared understanding of the relationship
between ISO20022 and Web payments; that is on our October FTF
agenda. Vincent pointed out that ISO20022 deals with several layers:
(business, logic, and implementation) and that the business layer in
particular may have some useful modeling for us to be aware of.

=======
Draft questions from the discussion:

Q. What issues (technical, legal, developer, etc.) lead you to
choose native mobile platforms over Web applications? Are there
specific Web capabilities whose absence is limiting delivery
    of services?

Q. How important to you (as a company) is it to be able to contribute
your requirements directly to the development of Web technologies?

Q. What does the Web need in order to support more smoothly a 4-corner
    trust model?
