Interest Group FTF meeting draft agenda

Dear IG,

We discussed the draft agenda for the upcoming IG face-to-face meeting at our call today. I have
updated the agenda to create more “open space” for topics that we deem important during the
meeting. To accomplish this I moved some items around and also reduced the time available for
many sessions to 45 minutes. Given the number of people who will attend the meeting, this
means we are going to need to be focused in our comments and session leaders will really
have to guide discussion toward concrete actions and deliverables.

There are now 2.5 hours available for hot topics that arise during the meeting (1 hour on the first
day and 1.5 on the second).

or during Monday’s call.
