Card, ISO20022, and Bitcoin code snippets now in message examples

Hi all,

We now have examples of what credit card, ISO20022, and Bitcoin payment
instruments could look like in the Web Payments WG work:

https://web-payments.org/specs/source/web-payments-messaging/#payment-instrument-registration

as well as what initiating payments with those schemes might look like:

https://web-payments.org/specs/source/web-payments-messaging/#payment-request

and what payment initiation acknowledgement might look like for card,
ISO20022, and Bitcoin payments:

https://web-payments.org/specs/source/web-payments-messaging/#payment-acknowledgement

Just food for thought. We may want to model ACH and Boleto as well to
make sure what we're asking the WG to do is reasonable.
