Tools plea

Can we please standardise on where we are working? We appear currently to be drafting things in google docs (which I can't reach from inside my corporate firewall), our WPIG wiki, github, plus whatever it was that we started the FPWD of the use case doc in (I think it ended up in github too) plus Adrian just mentioned another tool ("ReSpec") for the valueweb stuff.

Staying on top of this stuff is hard as we know. Keeping track of where stuff is certainly making it harder - for me at least.

David - is this something we could talk about at the F2F?
