3 Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Discussion

   Manu has spent some time with the foundation.  It will be good for him to introduce what he knows about the potential involvement

   of the foundation in our work, and to begin to think about beneficial ways that that we might socialize the news.  This discussion will

   only be preliminary.

4 Payment Architecture - Continued Focus

   Payment architecture is how we plan to take the requirements implied in the use cases and come up with some concrete recommendations

   for a way forward, informing our discussions and helping create things like working group charters.
