I forgot to mention that I talked w/ Alan about who gets to look at the
draft ISO documents wrt. the Class 'D' Liason status at Conexxus 2015.

Alan said that he thought that "the entire W3C membership" was too
broad, but the 70-ish members in the WPIG was okay. I told him we could
limit it to only the people (10-15 folks) that needed to see the draft
documents for the purposes of authoring content and aligning direction
and he said that sounds like it would be fine.

We still need to close the loop on this, but it sounds like we're
"inside the envelope" wrt. ISO expectations around Class D Liason status.
