Summary:

Over the past two weeks, we've been able to structure the capabilities
document into a shape that the editors feel comfortable with. We've also
been able to structure the face-to-face discussion in a way that we
believe will result in good discussions around capabilities,
credentials, and deployment. The roundtable day presentations have also
been refined to reflect the large number of new people that will be
there from industry to learn about what we're doing.

Overall, I think we're not quite as ready as we would've liked to be for
the face to face (but that is always the case). What we do have are a
set of documents and a face-to-face agenda that will enable us to have a
productive discussion on the first set of charters and work for the Web
Payments Activity.
