Per the feedback on the IG call last week, I’ve updated the capability/group diagram to illustrate known IG, TF, WG, and CG’s which have been discussed). Also, I simplified the middle section of the diagram to provide a little more flexibility for the Web Payments WG charter to incorporate potential different TF’s or sub groups that it may form to accomplish it’s charter. The intent here is to help illustrate which groups are operating in the Web Payments Activity space and to help the IG to ensure that each use case and functional capability has a defined owner. Once we have received more feedback on this picture, we can also update the associated table to highlight specific work products that each of the the groups has in flight and the state that they are in. Please let me know if there are additional changes or updates that need to be made.
