Hi all, Shane McCarron migrated the Capabilities document over to ReSpec this past weekend. The latest can be viewed here: https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webpayments/raw-file/default/latest/capabilities/index.html The source is in Github now: https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-ig/blob/master/latest/capabilities/index.html The Capabilities Google Doc is now frozen and legacy.
