Hello Dave, Yes, DT is a member, and certainly Gemalto and likely any other manufacturer of SmartCards, PoS, etc. They make most of the specifications for Secure Elements found in current SIM cards, but also in PoS. They have taken on the task to ease access to SEs, which is one of the most complained about adoption hurdle for the web world (not entirely unjustified in my personal opinion).
