Dear Web Payments IG,

As we discussed at the recent face-to-face meeting [1], we are seeking a regular day and time for the weekly
Interest Group teleconference. At the face-to-face meeting there was a preference for around 10:30 ET so I have
created a survey where people can express their preferences for two times (10:30-11:30 ET or 11:30-12:30 ET) any of 
five days.
