SCAI - update

Hi All,

Here is a new release of the SCAI concept and its use in order to secure the check-out phase for payments. Thanks to Matt, all workflows are in PlantUML ;-)

In parallel, I use this document at European level for discussion on the technical standards for PISP and AIPS.

I will update the wiki as soon as possible.
