Concrete Proposal for Organizing pre-TPAC Work

Hi all,

I took an action during the call today to propose a concrete work plan
for the group for the next few weeks.

Our goals for the next two months are:

1. Prep discussion to determine next set of work items for the IG
   Deliverable: 5 slides for discussion at TPAC per stakeholder group
2. Finish the Capabilities document
   Deliverable: An FPWD of the Capabilities document
3. Manage comments for the WG Charter
   Deliverable: Survival of the WPWG Charter through the review process

In order to reach these goals and deliverables, I suggest we do the
following at our next 5 upcoming meetings:

Aug  24th:
  * Outline this (or modified) plan of action
  * Determine stakeholder groups (15 minutes)
  * Determine stakeholder leads (15 minutes)
  * Face-to-Face Agenda / Charter / AOB (15 minutes)
Aug  27th:
  * Customers (20 minutes)
  * Merchants (20 minutes)
  * Capabilities (10 minutes)
  * AOB (10 minutes)
Aug  31st:
  * Payment System Vendors (20 minutes)
  * Payment Service Providers (20 minutes)
  * Face-to-Face Agenda / Charter / AOB (20 minutes)
Sept  3rd:
  * Banks (20 minutes)
  * Mobile Operators (20 minutes)
  * Capabilities (10 minutes)
  * AOB (10 minutes)
Sept  7th:
  * Browser Makers (20 minutes)
  * Regulators (20 minutes)
  * Face-to-Face Agenda / Charter / AOB (20 minutes)

This means that by September 7th, we should have:

1. A rough idea of what each stakeholder group is going to present at
   W3C TPAC. Final preparations for those presentations will happen
   after Sept. 7th. We can work on the F2F Agenda in more detail
   after we know what the concerns are.
2. A Capabilities document that is getting fleshed out.
3. A good idea of how well the WPWG charter is faring and most/all
   Formal Objections dealt with.

Thoughts on the proposed work items for the next few meetings?
