Our current schedule of 3 weekly calls was created to fill particular needs (overall group discussion, use cases development, capabilities development). I don’t think we are in the same situation now, and I’d like to propose a change:
* Monday call remains the general call for updates and full-group discussion
* A second weekly call (e.g., Thursday) that is a working session. I observe that many of the same people are working on various deliverables, and
so we all (essentially) go to the Thursday and Friday calls. I propose that we “generalize” the Thursday call to being a work session on whatever
needs to be done at a particular time, and that we drop the Friday calls. We can schedule additional calls as needed at times of heavy workload.
