[payment arch] Agenda: Payment Architecture Task Force Telecon - Friday, August 7th 2015

We have a call tomorrow that will focus on editorial concerns in the
capabilities document. It probably won't be a very long call, but rather
a sync between the editors and who will be working on what section of
the document.

If you'd like anything added or changed on the proposed Agenda, please
send the request to the mailing list or mention it at the beginning of
