W3C has been awarded liaison status with ISO

Dear Web Payments IG Members:

W3C now has an established working relationship with ISO standards groups.  Officially:

The proposal for the establishment of a category D liaison between the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and SC 7 is accepted.
W3C is invited to appoint experts into TG 1 and WG 10 membership.

This relationship opens the door for us to work with these groups in both directions.  While it is not a "carte blanche" agreement to share all documents all the time, it is indeed a huge step forward.

We will be looking for people to be appointed experts for the purposes of reviewing various specifications.
