Re: [use cases] Use Cases FPWD ready for Call for Consensus

Dear Web Payments IG colleagues:

Last Friday, we sent out a call for concensus[1].  We have had indications of support for publication from at least 12 members, and we have heard from no one from any quarter indicating that we should not publish.

Therefore, we have consensus to publish.

Thanks very much to everyone who has helped to move this work forward, and especially to the chair of the Web Payments Use Cases Task Force, Manu Sporny.
