[use cases] Publication schedule for April

Hi all,

DavidE, Erik, Wendy, and Ian, pay particular attention to this timeline;
you're in the critical path.

Here is the checklist for publication of the Web Payments Use Cases
First Public Working Draft:

April 1st        : Heads-up sent out to W3C publication team and
                   Wendy wrt. timeline below. (Manu)
April 2nd  / 12pm: Publication-ready document for First Public
                   Working Draft is created and frozen. (Manu)
April 3rd  / 12pm: Call for consensus to publish FPWD is started by IG
                   Chairs. (David and Erik)
April 4th  / 12pm: Suggested FPWD Announcement is prepared for W3C
                   Comms (Ian, David, and Erik)
April 10th / 12pm: Call for consensus ends at 12pm ET. (David and Erik)
April 10th /  1pm: Transition Request is sent and (hopefully) approved
                   by Wendy. (David, Erik, Ian, and Wendy)
April 10th /  9pm: Any blocking edits are made to the final FPWD
                   document. (Manu)
April 13th /  9am: Publication Request is sent to W3C pubteam for a
                   publication date of April 16th 2014. (David and Erik)
April 16th       : Publication of WPIG Use Cases. (W3C Pubteam)

Is there anything missing from the schedule above?
