Email archives for the IG

Hi Folks:
For those of you new to the W3C, here are a few points concerning the three mailing lists assigned to the IG.  Each of these mailing lists has a URL pointing to the archive.  This makes it quite easy to refer to messages in context without having to quote verbatim.

1) Public IG mailing list
     URL: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webpayments-ig/
     Email Address: public-webpayments-ig@w3.org
     Purpose: All substantive IG discussion should take place on the public mailing list.  Use this list when in doubt.
                    Only IG members can post to this list, but it is publicly readable.
     Notes:  Anyone who has joined the working group should automatically be subscribed to this mailing list.

2) Member IG mailing list
     URL: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-webpayments-ig/
     Email Address: member-webpayments-ig@w3.org
     Purpose: This list is for group administrivia and coordination.
                    Only IG members can post to this list, and it is readable by members only.
     Notes:  Anyone who has joined the working group should automatically be subscribed to this mailing list.

3) Comments mailing list
     URL: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webpayments-comments/
     Email Address: public-webpayments-comments@w3.org
     Purpose: This list is for external comments to the IG, and discussion where warranted.
     Notes:  You must subscribe to this mailing list by putting the word "subscribe" in the subject line of an email to
                 public-webpayments-comments-request@w3.org
                 You will receive a confirmation request and must respond to make your subscription active.
