Web Payments IG duties and housekeeping

Hi Folks:
This is just a reminder to do at least the following things:
1 - if you have open actions[1], please try to complete them to report at the telcon.
2 - review the task force pages (link from [2]), and sign up for at least one task force.
      To sign up for a task force, please edit the page and add your name to the list of contributors.
      The Glossary is also a TF, so please review the work that Evert has begun.  Sign up as a member to help.
3 - to comment on TF work please use the "Discussion" tab rather than editing the page directly[3].

Also, please note that my name is on the "Use Cases" task force as the leader.  Someone may wish to replace me.
