Hi Stephane, I actually just got back from Money2020 http://money2020.com/ yesterday and that should definitely be on the groups list of Payments conferences to attend. The conference covers pretty much every aspect of payments under one roof and was attended by over 7000 people this year. One of the key themes this year at the conference was on integration and interoperability of payments across the numerous payments/banking platforms (incl. apis, mobile devices, browsers, etc) and countries (ex. regulations, standards, infrastructure) and as a result I was constantly sharing/raising awareness of the W3Cs work by this space by promoting the Payments Interest Group and pointing people at the interest group home page at every chance that I got. It did not appear from the numerous conversations that I had with attendees that there was a lot of awareness with the work, though after sharing a brief background, it appeared that there would be quite a bit of interest in the work that the W3C is undertaking in this space. I think this would be a very good conference to consider attending. Additionally, it may be worth reaching out to the conference organizers for a list of attendees from this year as they may be good contacts to reach out to to solicit participation in the group as there was an incredibly diverse audience there. Hope this helps - please let me know if I can provide any additional assistance or background on takeaways from this years conference.
