about low amount numbering format

Hi.

when I research about bitcoin,
I found it was very difficult to figure out bitcoin amount

for example
comparing 0.00000008 / 0.0000008 / 0.000000008

any body read it easily?

I think these format is better

0.000,000,08 / 0.000,000,8 / 0.000,000,008

is there any standard for numbering format?
is this right place to handle it?
