Support for verifiable claims at W3

I’ve reviewed the Verifiable Claims Task Force charter support this work.  In fact, supporting this work is one of the reasons we are becoming members of the W3C.

VCTF may issues that are fundamental to digital learning, where not only is there a need to verify claims about competencies, but also about roles, and individuals.

We look forward to working with this team.
