Support for Verifiable Claims

Hello All:



NACS supports the creation of a Verifiable Claims Working Group.  We have read the charter, and we believe this charter will provide promised functionality in a timeframe that is useful.



NACS does not develop software, so we will not be implementing these specifications directly.  However, we believe there are several use cases essential to our retail merchant membership the Verifiable Claims can help to solve in ways that are useful on the Web.



NACS will be implementing standards and programs for members based on these use cases.  While NACS won't create code, we expect to incorporate these standards into our industry vertical specifications.
