In Support of Verifiable Claims Working Group Charter

As a W3C member, we at Pearson are in support of the VCWG Charter that is
currently under review. Our teams at PearsonVUE have been highly engaged in
managing, issuing, sharing and verifying professional credentials for
nearly two decades.  During that time, we have been hampered by the lack of
an ubiquitous standard for describing the basic information that
constitutes a credential across eduction, professional and regulatory
marketplaces. We see this work as an essential business enabler.
