Re: need contact for Capabilities Document

Hi.

when I review the capabilities document at

it is describing too much details.

for example)
at Core and Security part
cryptographic signatures are described for non-repudiation purpose.
but the signature is one of technologies we can use.
ISO 13888-1/2/3 describing non-repudiation with symmetric algorithms
ISO 10181-4 also suggest framework for non-repudiation.

by considering the purpose of document (important architectural principal
...)
more higher-level description is necessary.
