FWIW, I believe a payment system relying on server-based ("cloud") payment credentials like PayPal and
Google wallet still need (or benefit by) a local wallet for dealing with UI in a consistent way.  The wallet
would also perform the anyway needed authentication to the hosted payment credential/resource.
