After reading this article and taking a peek in
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-w3process/
it seem pretty clear that getting *anything* new inside of the browser,
either requires that you are Google or that you spend years on evangelizing
your ideas and perform an implementation as well.
Pushing new things through an SDO seems to be the worst possible way ahead.
WHATWG, Google's U2F and Apple Pay indirectly say the same thing.
I'm still interested in participating in a revised payment activity but not using
the current process including completely ridiculous things like "good standing".
The W3C must be able to use whatever resources they can get hold of.
