WebML WG Teleconference – 25 January 2023 - meeting minutes

Summary:

- Reviewed the plan for delta wide review and a new WebNN API CR Snapshot; received support from the WG to move ahead with a Q1’24 publication target.

- Kicked off discussion on how to help new contributors with issue prioritization to focus contributions; identified improvements to the GH issue triage workflow.

- Continued discussion on the MLBuffer proposal; agreed implementation experience and small prototypes should inform the work.
