WebML WG Virtual Meetings at TPAC 2021 - meeting minutes and summary

Hi Web Machine Learning WG participants,

Thank you all for joining us for three days of TPAC virtual meetings on 26-28 Oct 2021.

We discussed a wide range of topics informed by diverse perspectives. On Day 1 we discussed criteria for evolving the WebNN API, versioning, and privacy and security. On Day 2, we looked at the latest performance data from ML JS frameworks to understand WebNN API focus areas and discussed the open-source cross-platform implementation of the WebNN API. On Day 3, we learned about the ML conformance testing best practices and kicked off discussion on ethical issues in using Machine Learning on the Web.

I look forward to continuing many of these discussions with you at our bi-weekly meetings that will resume starting 11 November. Thank you for your continued contributions!
