Quick overview of public survey we ran between September 10-30

Hi Webizen task force,

We called for a public survey to gauge interest in a W3C Webizen program
and assorted benefits:
   http://www.w3.org/blog/2014/09/a-greater-voice-for-individuals-in-w3c/

The survey ran between September 10-30.

Further to feedback, a few days prior to closing, I created the same
survey using Typeform as a service (looks friendlier, agnostic of
platform). This was in addition to WBS our primary survey instrument.

We received a total of 204 answers.

WBS: 180 answers have been received.
This questionnaire was open from 2014-09-10 to 2014-09-30 (21 days)

Typeform: 24 answers.
Open between Sat. 2014-09-27 and Tue. 2014-09-30 (4 days)

Typeform offers a few metrics:
    Total visits: 414
    Unique visits: 248
    Completion rate: 10%
    Average time to complete: 06:46

| Devices | unique visits | responses | avg time to complete |
|PCs & laptops | 119 | 19 | 07:35 |
|Tablets | 9 | 1 | 04:48 |
|Smartphones | 24 | 4 | 03:36 |
|Other | 147 | 0 | 00:00 |

Devices vs. Total:
     Pcs & Laptops 56%
     Tablets 3%
     Smartphones 6%
     Other 36%

I'm going to dive in the analysis next.
