Superset and subset specification: WebID-Turtle

Following on from Nathan's post on "superset and subset specification"

which achieved broad group consensus. this implies a new work item for the
group:

"The current webid specification, would be superseded by both WebID, and
its inferred subspecification WebID-Turtle."

I believe the latter item would be a fairly straightforward task, largely
focused around removing section 5.3, and keeping the rest of the document
intact, which focuses on Turlte.

This work would supercede the current spec, and be a clean
subspecification: WebID-Turtle

Does anyone want to volunteer to help complete this work item?
