This could be a simple update based on the years of discussions. With perhaps some slight tweaks. Henry, do you reckon you could use your CG hat to call for a vote on the above (https://github.com/w3c/WebID/issues/3#issuecomment-1279931734) as a starting point for the eventual handover to the Solid WG?
