Hi Melvin,
Content-negotiation doesn't have a place in any specification that isn't
about the act of negotiating content in different formats. I don't
believe that Solid or any other technology related to WebID-based entity
naming or WebID-TLS-based authentication falls into that realm.
The focal point of a WebID should be that it is used to name an entity
unambiguously. How that is achieved is an implementation detail that can
exist in the suggestions section of a spec, if anywhere at all.
