WebID /TR link broken?

Hi,

I have been reading Solid protocol [1], ActivityStream and Annotations and they make reference to WebID. Today I tried to find the [WEBID] reference from [1] Solid and I can't find from those links the authoritative URL.

I'll go to W3.org/TR and search.

But I thought I'd drop a note since it's customary to look for "Latest published version", but didn't expect a 404.
