Believe it or not this CG has now been going 10 years

The XG before it was a very different group, and invited experts only

The last progress was in 2014 at TPAC F2F.  Since then the group has stalled

We never really created a process in this group, such as selecting one or
more chairs, selecting editors, organizing telecons

But if there's enough interest in WebID perhaps that could change
