adding a github area to the cg?

I was wondering if adding a github area would help make more rapid progress
in this CG?

I wanted to write up the WebID + Cookie implementations, as they exist
nowhere

For my own workflow github I find easier than, say, the wiki

Anyone else interested in this?

I would be happy to set it up, if there's no objections.
