acl:AuthenticatedAgent

Hi,

I was going to ask about a class that distinguishes authenticated agent
access from public access, but after a quick look in the wiki I found
that acl:AuthenticatedAgent just recently had been added for this exact
purpose.

However, the RDF ontology at http://www.w3.org/ns/auth/acl does not include
it. Can someone please update it?
