Melvin,

We are trying to test WebID-TLS a protocol with a spec.  "User:" and 
HEAD method etc.. are not part of the WebID-TLS spec so they shouldn't 
factor in to WebID-TLS authentication.

For example, here's the result of verifying another WebID from rww.io:

Our tools working with WebIDs that resolve to WebID-Protocol documents 
containing the required relations expected by WebID-TLS re., 
enhancements TLS handshake.
