real web service repository

Hello
I would like to obtain a set of real web services around the world that are
for inquiring about peoples health records for research purposes. I want
this also for research purposes:)
I know of WS-Dream but I think it is only concerned about QoS related
things.

I would like to submit queries over those services or to obtain a log of
queries that have been posted against these services how can I get that?
