Re: Hash vs Hashless URIs

FYI, I met timbl at lunchtime yesterday and got to ask him about his push
for hash URIs for WebID. I suggested that if he feels strongly about this
wrt to httpRange-14, the TAG should take action to formalize this and
advise against the 303 approach. Thread starts at
