Dont the first 4 already have WebID modules?

CKAN would mean adding a column to the user table and mapping the local ID
to a universal ID.  The login flow would have to take you in, or allow you
to 'claim' an existing ID via that association.

I'm not sure solr does any kind of auth, does it?
