Like we planned, we will have our next WG Zoom call tomorrow to discuss latest IFT developments and updates. Please see proposed agenda topics below (agenda+ requests are welcome).

 Agenda
------

1. Discuss the current status and scope of the [IFT encoder reference implementation](https://github.com/w3c/ift-encoder) w.r.t. WG Deliverables - [see new proposed charter](https://www.w3.org/2025/02/webfonts-wg-ac.html).
2. Review [open PRs and recent updates to IFT encoder](https://github.com/w3c/ift-encoder/pulls).
3. Adobe proposal: discuss the language/"locale" data that would help to improve encoding and whether we (Google?) have means of gathering it.
4. Quick review of the [recent changes](https://github.com/w3c/IFT/pull/258) / [new WD version](https://www.w3.org/TR/2025/WD-IFT-20250220/), and [TAG review comments](https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/1057) (if any, just in case if we need to do anything to satisfy W3C Process).
5. Extras / AOB.
