Planning to travel to Spain and attend in person, subject to getting approval for travel. I've begun the process of requesting approval, will update here once I have an answer.

(The WG meeting during TPAC 2023 will likely be scheduled either on Tuesday, Sep. 12 or Thursday, Sep. 14, depending on room availability and other WGs.)
