Just a heads up that the code changes to update the woff2 encoder/decoder
to support the new overlapSimpleBitmap field have just been merged:
https://github.com/google/woff2/pull/149

There is also a woff2 encoder/decoder implementation inside of fontTools,
I'll look into also getting that one updated.
