Today's call results and the upcoming call scheduling

We didn't have quorum on today's call, the link below captures a brief
discussion Chris, Garret and I had.

The results of the discussion is as follows:

1.       We identified the few remaining small changes that need to be made
in the WOFF2 text:
- Fix the renumbering bug in the Composite glyphs section of the Transformed
'glyf' table description (https://github.com/w3c/woff/issues/6) 
- Rename Transformed 'glyf' table "version" field to "reserved", based on
our last call discussion (https://github.com/w3c/woff/issues/9)

2.       Once these changes are implemented, based on the WG resolution
recorded at our meeting on June 8
(https://www.w3.org/2021/06/08-webfonts-minutes.html) we will make a request
to publish the Last Call for Review of Proposed Changes
(https://www.w3.org/2020/Process-20200915/#last-call-review). We will ask
for an extended review period, with the deadline for comments to be at least
90 days from the time of publication.

 

The upcoming WG calls schedule is affected by two events: the US
Independence Day holidays next week, and the ISO MPEG meetings the week
after (July 12-16). Therefore, we decided to postpone our group call until
July 20, and the next two calls will be cancelled.
